BASIC PACKAGE

The basic package includes: template-based design and animation with personalized text, online downloadable animation in mp4 format.

ORDER PROCESS:

  1. The customer fills out the form on the website completely and truthfully and sends it to us by pressing the “Order” button.
  2. We will send a confirmation e-mail to the placed order within 3 working days, in which we accept the order. In this e-mail, we will send you a sample image showing the selected design with the text submitted in the form.
  3. The Customer accepts the sample and confirms the order by e-mail and checks the data that may have been incorrectly entered (name in the invitation, wedding date, location, text of the invitation).
  4. We send an electronic invoice for the service fee.
  5. The Customer transfers the amount in the invoice to the bank account number indicated in the invoice and pays for the service.
  6. After we receive the price of the order, we will prepare an animated version of the invitation within 14 days. When the invitation is ready, we will send you a link via e-mail and you can download the mp4 file.
  7. The mp4 file will be available for download for 30 days after completion.
  8. It is the Customer’s responsibility to download the animated invitation within a period of 30 days.
  9. After 30 days the invitation will be no longer stored and downloadable.

PREMIUM PACKAGE

The premium package includes: template-based animation, selectable font, selectable color shade, a password-protected one-page wedding website that contains the animated invitation, and a form that provides the invitees the option to indicate their intention to participate in the wedding.

ORDER PROCESS:

  1. The Customer fills out the form on the website completely and truthfully and sends it to us by pressing the “Order” button.
  2. We will send a confirmation e-mail to the placed order within 3 working days, in which we accept the order. If the Customer has checked the “I request a font change” field in the form, we will send you a list of available fonts.
  3. The Costumer will send back the selected fonts in an e-mail (maximum 3 font types can be selected).
  4. Within 7 working days, we will send an e-mail with 3 sample images of the selected design with the customized text.
  5. The Customer selects and accepts one of the samples in response e-mail, confirms his/her order, and informs us about any incorrectly entered data (name on the invitation, wedding date, location, invitation text).
  6. We will send you an electronic invoice for the service fee.
  7. The Customer transfers the amount in the invoice to the bank account number indicated in the invoice and pays for the service.
  8. After we receive the price of the ordered package, we will prepare an animated version of the invitation for the Customer, as well as the web interface through which the invitation will be available, within 14 days. We will notify the Customer of this by e-mail. The Costumer will receive a link and a code from us to access the web interface prepared for him/her.
  9. Following that, the Customer can forward the link and code received from us to the persons whom he/she wishes to notify about the event.
  10. The web interface that we provide to the Customer will be available for 6 months before the date indicated in the invitation and will remain available for 30 days after the event.
  11. The period of invitation storage will expire 30 days after the event.

EXCLUSIVE PACKAGE

The exclusive package includes: template-based animation, selectable font, selectable color shade, a password-protected one-page wedding website that contains the animated invitation, and a form that gives the invitees the opportunity to indicate their intention to participate in the wedding. The form can be expanded with additional options, such as food served during the event, menu options. The summary of the guests’ responses is available in a list that can be accessed and tracked by the Customer electronically from anywhere.

We will notify the Customer of this in an e-mail. The Costumer will receive a link and a code from us to access the web interface.
  9. Following that, the Customer can forward the link and code received from us to the persons whom he/she wishes to notify about the event.
  10. The Customer also receives from us the electronically available document, which is used to summarize the responses of the invited guests regarding the event. We do not use the data and answers provided by the guests in any way, nor do we make them available to third parties.
  11. The web interface that we provide to the Customer will be available for 6 months before the date indicated in the invitation and will remain available for 30 days after the event.
  12. 30 days after the event, the storage of the invitation will no longer be provided and the document containing the answers of the invited guests will be deleted.

 

The term “RSVP” comes from the French expression “répondez s’il vous plaít”, meaning “Please respond”. It usually appears at the end of invitations to events, and means that the host requests a feedback whether the invitee will attend the event.

The Premium and the Exclusive package contains an online RSVP form placed on the wedding page below the animated invitation card. With submitting the RSVP form, the invitee can simply send his/her feedback. In the Exclusive package the form can be supplemented with additional  questions according to the customer’s needs.
